I have been starting, growing and running businesses for over 25 years. As a highly successful serial entrepreneur, I have developed, managed and sold several multi-million dollar businesses. I am the cofounder of Internet Broadcasting , a thriving TV station web site management company in St. Paul (MN). I have been a Senior Vice President at United Health Care and at techies.com where I helped raise and spend $100 million dollars in a 20- month period. Along with my partner Reid Johnson I purchased Alpha Video in 1989.It is a video equipment distribution company that we grew from $4 million in sales  to over $25 million before selling it in 2003.

In addition, I have started two non-profit organizations and two consulting practices. I am the former President of the Minnesota Coaches Association. I am passionate about helping people find their unique God-given gifts and putting them into the world. I have a deep conviction that people can create a better way to work, that gives them both the freedom and fulfillment they desire, without losing their soul to their work in the process. This is at the heart of sustainability and success for me.
