I am Kevin Kuenster, a Financial Consultant working for Wells Fargo Investments. I started the Better Way to Work process in October of 2004. The first thing that we did, working with our coach, was created a vision statement which I continue to reference to this day in July of 2006. The first year, we worked with our coach walking through the 7 Entrepreneurial Skills. We spent time refining and defining what we needed to do within our business in order to create the fulfillment, success and sustainability that we wanted both from our business and personally. One of the challenges that I had was to continue to have more fun in my personal life and allow my business to continue to grow. I have accomplished that. I am able to spend more time with my family and have more fun doing that and let work do what works going to do. I have increased my production by almost 150% since my work with Entrevis.
In January of 2006, as part of the Better Way to Work Program, we started our own Board of Directors which consisted of my brother and partner in business, Mike, our coach, George, our Manager, Mike Baker, one of our clients, as well as one of our colleagues. It has provided us an opportunity to share how our business operates, to get new ideas, and by implementing those ideas, it has really helped us refine the business that we are in today.
My name is Mike Kuenster and I am a Financial Consultant with Wells Fargo. My experience with Entrevis and the coaching process has been extraordinary. I have been practicing in the Financial Services industry for 20 years and I have struggled, over that time, to be able to balance all the demands that are placed upon you professionally, as well as personally. When I was introduced to George two years ago, it was at a time when my business was good but not great, my personal life was good, but I knew it could be even better. The program has forced me to take a step back and provide even more structure, but far more balance.
I am fortunate to have been part of this process and have worked in conjunction with my brother Kevin and know that as I look over the course of the next 15 years and the vision statement that we created, it is very realistic that we are going to be able to achieve all of the goals that we have set out again both personally and professionally.
